  • 11/20/09 - The Tax Court has adopted an amendment to its Rules of Practice and Procedure authorizing the electronic filing of documents in all Tax Court cases effective January 1, 2010. The Court is also considering a proposal requiring in the near future electronic filing for most parties represented by practitioners admitted to practice before the Court, and has invited comments on the proposed eFiling requirement to be received by the Court by December 21, 2009.
